Value My Time is a pharmacist advocacy campaign supported by Rxeed LLC. This page explains, in plain terms, what we collect when you sign or register an association, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• When you sign: your role, your answer to the fee question, your name, email, city, state and ZIP code.
• When an association registers: its name, state, website and logo, plus the contact person's name, title, email, phone, city, state and ZIP code.
• To show each signature is real: your IP address, browser details, the date and time you signed and confirmed, the version of the petition text you agreed to, and the result of a bot check.

How we use it

• Delivering the petition. Members of Congress and CMS receive your name, city, state, ZIP code, role and answer. They never receive your email or IP address.
• Showing totals. The site shows counts only. Names are never published.
• Proving signatures are genuine. If an office asks, we may share a record showing when a signature was made and the IP address it came from.
• Email. We send you a link to confirm your signature. We only send campaign updates if you ask for them, and every update has an unsubscribe link.
• Associations. Approved associations are listed by name, state and logo, and signatures made through their link are credited to them.

Your information is used for this campaign and nothing else. We don't sell it, and we don't use it to market Rxeed or anyone else's products.

Who handles it

We use outside services to host the site, store data, send email and block automated submissions. They only handle your information to provide those services to us.

The video on the home page comes from an outside video service. It doesn't load until you press play.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser remembers that you signed, so we can show you the results, and the association link you came from, if any. The bot check may set its own cookie.

How long we keep it

We keep confirmed signatures while the campaign is running and for as long as we need them to back up results we've delivered. Signatures that are never confirmed may be deleted at any time.

Your choices

To see what we hold about you, or to have your signature removed, email valuemytime@rxeed.com from the address you signed with. If your signature has already been delivered to an office, we can't take it back from that office.

Age

You must be 18 or older to sign. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change too. We won't apply a significant change to information you already gave us without asking first, where the law requires it.
